Hi, I’m Jayne!
Hello, thanks for dropping by. I’m Jayne, mum, photographer, journalist, trumpet player and watcher of Magnum re-runs! There are many ways in which I could describe myself, but the one which fills me with purpose and motivation is Parent. It is why I took a leap from a career at the BBC and become a family and child photographer.
The photographs I have of my children are probably the most important possessions I own – the smile as they saw me coming home, arms out wide for a cuddle, the gap where the tooth once was.
I wouldn’t want to lose these moments and I don’t want you to either. It’s why when I photograph families I notice their unique interactions. Using light and composition I seek to capture every family story so you can always hold on to your memories.
